Building A Better Community
Over the Years DeNova Homes has earned a reputation as one
of the most respected homebuilders in the Bay Area. Our approach is
simple—because we are a private family-owned builder, we can address
each community individually, incorporate the unique characteristics of
the surrounding area and commit to build only the very best, a sentiment
that the Building Industry Association has reaffirmed with numerous
awards. And while we focus on this innovative design and superior
craftsmanship—our ultimate commitment is to the lifestyle our homeowners
enjoy when they move into a DeNova home. Yet our philosophy extends
much further than simply quality craftsmanship and great neighborhoods.
At DeNova Homes, we make commitments to the
people of the community, and through innovative design,
strive to build a better, more sustainable community.
This philosophy has best been reflected through our continued
charitable involvement with organizations such as HomeAid Northern
California—serving on the board of directors, as builder captain and
volunteers for the construction of facilities that provide shelter for families
and individuals in need and most recently our encouragement of
environmental awareness through our support and incorporation of
green building programs in several of our communities. In
addition, we are also active participants in the
American Cancer Societies' "Relay for Life"
campaign, where employees, along side family and
friends, have walked together to raise hundreds
of thousands of dollars money for cancer
research. However, our biggest challenge
came in the form of the hit ABC show,
"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition". In
2004, in just five days and with the help
of over 1,200 volunteers, DeNova Homes
was able to provide a well-deserving
family with a new house to call home. In the end, we
recognize that it's this type of commitment
and dedication from our team, and the satisfaction of
our homeowners and neighbors whose lives we enrich
that is at the very core of Building a Better Community.
