In 1999 Dave Sanson augmented the company's residential focus to extend into commercial real estate. By partnering with Thomas Properties, Thomas/DeNova L.L.C. was formed. Through this union of qualifications, the primary business objective became to seek out land development opportunities whereby the combined experience of the partners can maximize the development potential of such properties. Currently, the partnership has set its sights on Concord, Martinez and Oakley to continue the goal of a building a better community.
