It is to be expected that certain items will need adjustment during your homeowner warranty period, or when first occupying a rental property. As items arise, we recommend you keep a running list so when you submit it the items can be completed with the least amount of interruption to your busy schedule. Of course should an item arise that you feel cannot wait for one of your upcoming visits, please submit a request for service and we will schedule that work to be completed.
