DeNova Homes is a class act. Building nice homes at a fairly rapid pace is not for sissies. Our home was actually a spec home they built, so we were not so much expecting it be completed to our satisfaction. Rather, when we walked in and saw the architecture, quality of products used, fit and finish, we knew we had found our next, and likely our final home. She gave me timely updates about the progress of construction phases and anticipated closing dates. The buyer option requests we did have were professionally managed and well delivered. Now that we have been in our home for a while I wanted to follow up regarding the work of the DeNova service team. I am a licensed General Contractor and I have a very trained/experienced eye. I am a perfectionist and have been very pleased with the work completed in our home. The service team has been on time, clean, professional and overall did outstanding work. I am truly impressed with DeNova's overall quality and professionalism and for being so "on top" of things. It is understandable that things may need attention during the warranty period and I'm very familiar with the business of building. It's how you handle the things that need attention that is truly above the rest.

The homes are not too big but still had a front and backyard. Such a great find! Shawn and Valerie were so pleasant to work with. They made us feel like family and always updated us.
