These past few weeks have been exciting here at DeNova Homes as we had the pleasure of hosting two events at two of our exceptional communities.
Luminescence at Liberty, our vibrant 55+ community, hosted an Amenities Tour and Lunch event on August 19th. Attendees explored the heart of Luminescence, discovering the Ranch House, Liberty House Café, versatile multi-purpose spaces, and the fire pit-adorned patios. After the in-depth tour, attendees gathered for lunch, envisioning a vibrant future at Luminescence.
Luca at Aviano welcomed visitors on September 9th for an Ice Cream Social and Model Home Tour. Attendees explored six new home plans, met with the dedicated team of agents and lenders, and discovered the community's central open space and park spanning 25 acres of lush greenery consisting of a playground, picnic areas, a dog park and bocce ball courts. The tour concluded with a sweet ice cream treat!
