Visit Our South Bay New Home Neighborhoods & Get A Taste Of The Local Wineries

The warm Mediterranean climate in the South Bay makes it one of the most desirable residential areas in California. World famous for its garlic crop, the Santa Clara Valley is also home to many outstanding wineries.

Take a tour of new homes in our Butterfield Station, Jasper Park, or Ladera Vista neighborhoods on November 23 & 24 and receive a pass for a complimentary wine tasting at a local winery. Visit all three neighborhoods and you will also receive a pair of wine glasses and an entry into our grand prize drawing.
